I contacted you in March of this year, informing you that your app was not showing on the pages if not logged in.
Most of my potential clients are not logged into my account. I have reached out to my host - SiteGround - and they can find nothing on their side.
In good faith, I have paid for two years for this app as I believe it will assist my business, but I fail to see this now and will not be renewing the subscription. I really need some help, as I have had people reach out to book and cannot use the page. I have lost customers who have not emailed me instead.
Please can you assist.

thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry that you are having issues with the Booking Form.
There is a known conflict with the SiteGround plugin. Try with unchecking "Defer Render-blocking JavaScript" to have Amelia working.
Option path : SiteGround Optimizer -> Frontend Optimization -> Javascript -> Defer Render-blocking JavaScript (uncheck)
