I have installed both stripe and paypal to my website for payments. I followed along with the tutorial videos, tested the API's successfully and assured that all events and services had both stripe and paypal enabled. But for some reason I am unable to make payments. I get the same error message whether I try to utilize paypal or stripe. I've attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference. While watching one of the tutorials it was mentioned that for payments to be made in the US a zip code field was required on the payment information screen, I do not have that option on my payment screen. I don't know if that is the reason I am having trouble with stripe. However, Paypal doesn't require a zip code and I am unable to utilize paypal either. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you out!
