Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

I would like to create the following:
I create a form with Gravity Forms, the only options are a dropdown box with the choice if it is an event or new personell and an inputfield which staff can use to give this new item a name.
Once saved it should add itself to the table, this is visible by the staff on the same page where they filled in the form.
If it is added to the table, staff should be able to click on it and open it as a pop-up. In this pop-up is a form with checkboxes created with Gravity Forms (I create two different forms with two different checkbox lay-outs depending on what staff chose within the dropdown menu).
If checkboxes are checked and saved the percentages in the table should change between 0 and 100%. If all checkboxes are checked and saved it should say 100%.
I have added two images, hope this makes my request understanable

Hi Henk,
if i understood this use case,
you would like to make an editing modal which opens up,
when a user clicks either in to, for example "Personell A" or "Event A" and so on,
and in each of these selections there would be an individual Gravity Form connected from the Forms data source?
- This will not be possible, because with our integration,
you can only choose one Gravity Form connected to one Table,
we can't have multiple Forms provide data to one Table.
2. Then, if i understand the second part,
for example, if a user chooses "Event A", then you would make a Formula Column from our Plugin,
and depending on the number of 'checked options' in the Event Form, you would have that row populate a percentage;
for example, if we pick "check A" and "check B" , then the row for percentage should show 50%?
I am sorry to disappoint you, but neither of these two points are currently possible with our Gravity Integration,
and the second option to make a Formula like this is not possible with any other table in our Plugin at the moment.
You can make a development suggestion for the future, though.
Please feel free to search on our suggestions page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Milos,
Thanks for the reply.
I just send my request to the suggestion page, thumbs up.
Hi Henk,
no problem, i am happy to advise.
I like this idea for a use case, so let's hope that the devs might be able to create a solution soon,
at least for our own table's Formula , and also for the Gravity Integration,
but i can't say a realistic ETA when it could be possible.
Thank you for the suggestion.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
