We're looking for a way to enable volunteer coaches/mentors to help our alumni with career advice through our website. Hoping this is possible with Amelia.
1. Can we create a way for a mentor/coach to easily register a wordpress account and then have access to load their availability?
2. If the coach has a different email address to our school, will they also receive calendar invitations to the session? (Or are these only sent to the customer). As they are not on our email they won't be able to sync their calendars.
3. It could get quite large? (50+ active mentors; perhaps in a few years as much as 200). Would this still be a good experience?

Hello Josh,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. At the moment, only the admin user can create employees in Amelia.
2. If they are connected to one of the calendars (Outlook or Google), they will be able to get the calendar invites.
3. Yes, we have had users that have had as much as 3000 employees.
