We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I want to know if the plugin is capable of managing time zones based on the client's location. For example, if I am in Europe, the calendar and especially the reservation times that appear for me will be in the time zone of the country where I am. Similarly, if I am in Mexico with the same configuration, I should have access to Mexico's local time for appointments, regardless of the specialist's location. The specialist will enter their availability schedule according to their country. Is this done automatically, or do I need a separate domain for each country?
Hello Henrry,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
Amelia works in this way. You set the timezone in your WordPress settings and what you set there Amelia takes as default since Amelia doesn't have time zones.
This way you see the appointments in your time zone.
Then you can set individual time zone per employee in employee modal.
And you can enable option in general settings called Show booking slots in the client time zone and the customer will see the time slots in their time zone.
These are all options that we have hope this helps.
You can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
