You can create a package only for anukalana only for that service and when they access their customer panel they will be able to book only appointments for anukalana from a panel

When you create a package you can decide it this package is only for one service or you can combine several services  the choice is entirely yours.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. 

If you offer your service on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday then customers can book it on all 3 days. There is no limitation that you can force customers to book only on a specific days if you are offering 3 available days. Package appointments are just like regular single bookings and they can be booked on any available days on which you provide your services.

If not please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:

If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund Policy, wpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
