    Dear Amelia Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to discuss a situation related to the Amelia plugin. I have been working with a Pilates studio, for which I have already designed a website with the Amelia plugin. The studio is planning to open a new branch, and they will be operating independently. To streamline the process, I am considering replicating the existing website structure for the new branch rather than starting from scratch. However, I have a specific question regarding data management in Amelia.

    Is there a way to efficiently and rapidly delete juts all reservations and client data from the Amelia plugin? While the current deletion method, using the selection and trash icon, is functional, it becomes quite time-consuming, especially when dealing with a significant number of reservations (we have more than 9,000 and about 500 clients). The current limitation of deleting only up to 10 reservations or clients at a time hinders efficiency. (If I select more it cannot handle)

    By being able to delete reservations and client data in larger batches or all at once, it would greatly facilitate the process of setting up the plugin for the new branch. This way, I could avoid a complete reinstallation of the plugin and data, reducing the need to reconfigure services, packages, and settings. Instead, I could focus on making necessary adjustments to the schedules and availability.

    I appreciate your assistance and guidance in this matter. If there are any best practices or suggestions for achieving this efficiently, please let me know. Your support is crucial as I aim to provide the best possible service to my clients.

    Hello Carlos,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The only thing that you can do is you can set Default items per page in general settings and then with 2 clicks you can delete per 30 appointments and customers at once like thtis

    Or you can try and delete all users in your data base.

    I think it would be better and faster deleting all users in database. 

    Regarding customer appointments, purchased packages, and payments, which tables should I empty? Do you have the database schema or a layout of what is stored in each table? I have an idea, but I want to be sure to not corrupt the data used by Amelia. In other words, I need to know which tables I should empty to delete data without any issues. 

    And also, What db manager plugin can you recommend me ? and Can you tell me how can I delete just Amelia Customers but not Amelia employees in wpgc_amelia_users ?

    Hello CARLOS,

    We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that we do not advice you to delete this from a database. You can but this can cause all sorts of issues and if something goes wrong which it can there is no fixing it. So the first response where you need to delete them in the bulk of 30 is the best and secure way. 

    It can take 30 minutes or 3 hours but this is the best way for you to do this if something happens when you delete the database you will most likely need to redo everything.
