None of the emails or the employee calendar notifications were sent for one of the appointments booked on the website. The appointment shows up on the Amelia dashboard and the Amelia calendar. The payment was also received. But the notifications were not sent.
This has so far happened with only one appointment so far. Other appointments booked after this have received notifications.
I'll share the login details in the following private message, in case you need to look at things from the inside.
An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
The credentials are not correct.
There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.
Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website and see what's going on.

I could not replicate this issue on your website. As this only happened for one appointment at the moment, I would suggest that you keep an eye on it and let me know if the same issue reoccurs.
