"Employee email not working" (#3429273) / TMS-Plugins

Hi,
We have our employees emailled when they get a booking just telling them the service date and time however the email doesnt go to the employee as we needed it going to a main email address not the individual employee so we set all the employees up with the following email addresses.
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected] and so on for all employees
Our email address is [email protected]
They have now stopped working in the last 24 hours, we have spoken to our email company who have confirmed there is no problem from their end, can this be investigated please?

Hello Francesca,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
The credentials are not correct.
There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.
Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue.
