Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!
TMS
1. The text on our page here under the word "Education": There are no upcoming events at this time. - is in 16px Rubik.
In the table the first cell under PFZ is:
• Anterior
• Anterior bridge
Which also says it is 16px Rubik - it is clearly bigger visually? Why and how do we fix that?
2. The entries in the first row (Application) under "Emax monolithic" and "TLZ MiYo" that have 3/4 entries are in 13px Rubik - Why? They are not entered any differently in the table on the back end. How to fix?
Hi Patrick,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
1. For the font size issue,
if you just wish to have the same font-size in all cells of this Table,
you can use this CSS :
You can either add this to your main plugin settings/Custom JS and CSS/Custom CSS,
or add it directly to the WP Page as additional CSS, if you wish.
Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.
Let me know if that helps.
2. If i am not mistaken, the same issue happened on both these cases,
i am honestly not 100% sure why that happened,
maybe the way how you constructed this ordered list in the cells,
but it seems to me that the CSS provided should fix all of this at once.
Let me know when you try how does it look from your end.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

So that fixed the issue of everything being the same size within the table issue, but the 16px rubik font in the table is still clearly larger than the 16px rubik elswhere on the page (Not in a wpdatatable) "There are no upcoming events at this time." for example. Strange.
Hi Patrick,
it seems i misunderstood, i thought the issue was with the table.
But if i understand what you're describing now,
you wish to check why everywhere else on your page the font size seems different?
I am not sure if we will be able to provide assistance with that,
it is possible that this issue comes from something else on your site,
such as if you added Custom CSS on your page,
or if your current Theme has a specific CSS that changes the font or font size on the page on other elements outside our table,
or perhaps another Plugin is doing that.
I notice this while i inspect some HTML elements on the page, it seems that Site Ground Optimizer might have a CSS file that is pulling some font styles on the page.
Can you try to disable SiteGround Optimizer,
purge cache of the site, refresh the page and let me know if everything is still the same?
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

no, the opposite. The body size of the font on the page is 16px Rubik. The body size of the font in the table is also 16px Rubik.
The font within the table obviously looks larger to the naked eye.
Hi Patrick,
i honestly can't see the difference,
both font in the table and the paragraph "There are no upcoming events at this time" look the same font size to me, but it is possible i lost focus today.
We will get a second opinion from our 2nd level Team,
they will check if there seems to be some hidden detail i did not check yet.
When i inspect the HTML and CSS of the page, that text shows as 16 px size , "Rubik" ,sans-serif
and the same shows for the text in the table cells.
So i can't find the difference so far.
We will report back right away as soon as our senior Team takes another look with me.
Thank you for your patience.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Patrick,
i just took another look with the help of our senior 2nd level Support.
For them it also looks as the font for this paragraph above the table is the same as the font inside the table.
And when we inspect the HTML and CSS, we can not find any discrepancy there,
in any class or HTML, for both text outside of the table "There are no upcoming events at this time",
and the cells inside the table, the page shows they have the 16 px size , "Rubik" ,sans-serif font.
So, we are not able to help further with this at this point because we can not see or isolate the issue.
Let us know if you can find any style or HTML that shows a different font, and we can ask our developers to debug the issue,
but when in the HTML and CSS it shows the same properties, they won't be able to alter it,
and as mentioned, we also can not see the difference in font size.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
