In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi, I just upgraded to the pro version of Amelia and deleted the plug-in on my WordPress. I re-installed the new zip file to activate the Amelia plug-in again but it is still not showing the packages option. I have cleared the cookies and everything I could already find on this publicly. Please help!

Please make sure to delete all ameliabooking.zip files from your computer.
Then access our store and download the installation file of Amelia Pro again. When you do that, follow one of the manual update methods from the article below:
Updating the plugin to the latest version
You should face no issues with this, but if you do please provide me with a temporary wp-admin (Administrator) user, so I can take a look, just make sure to enable the PRIVATE response since this is a public ticket.

I receive quite a lot of these emails, and I don't see your website added to this ticket.
Can you tell me from which website the invitation comes from?
Also, you can try purging the cache in your browser and on your site. After an update, there's usually the need to purge the cache in order to see everything in the back-end.
