We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
My client uses Amelia to book Zoom meetings. When her clients reschedule a Zoom appointment, the date is updated in Amelia but not in Zoom.
Steps to reproduce:
Desired behaviour: When a Zoom-enabled appointment is rescheduled, Amelia should update the meeting date in Zoom. Or, the original Zoom meeting should be deleted and a new meeting created with the updated meeting date.
Please let me know if this is possible or if the software can be updated to correct this bug.
I first reported this issue in August 2021 on ticket #2852173!
Hello Greg,
thanks for reaching out to us.
We've just tested this locally, and we can't replicate the issue. When the appointment is rescheduled, either from the customer panel or the backend, Zoom updates the date and the time accordingly. The meeting ID doesn't change because it's still the same appointment, only moved to a different date/time.
I'm sending two videos showcasing mentioned above.

Reschedule from Customer Panel
All the steps you've mentioned are set by default. Are you using the latest version of Amelia 6.4?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
My client requires the ability to review and approve new and rescheduled appointments. So all services are set to a default status of Pending.
Please test again with the default appointment status set to Pending, and I think you'll be able to reproduce the issue. Sorry, I forgot to mention this in the original ticket.
Cheers,
Greg
Hello Greg,
sorry for the late reply.
I did a test with the appointment default appointment status set to Pending, as well. Everything is working, as it should. Even the Service default status is set to Pending, and yet again Zoom updates the date and the time accordingly.
I'm sending a video showcasing my testing - Zoom Testing
You can try with a clean install of Amelia or update to the latest version.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
