I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance with a recurring issue reported by one of our clients regarding the Amelia plugin. We have received multiple complaints from a customer, Elizabeth Orozco, who has encountered difficulties while trying to make a reservation. Upon selecting an available time slot, she receives an error message and is unable to proceed with the booking. It appears that this problem has occurred on several occasions.
Interestingly, her daughter, Daniela Elizabeth Robles, who is also a client, was able to successfully make a reservation using her own account. To provide you with more insight into the issue, Elizabeth Orozco has kindly shared a screenshot of the error message she encountered during her reservation attempts.
Reservation details: - Client: Elizabeth Orozco - Daughter (who made the successful reservation): Daniela Elizabeth Robles - Date of reservation: Friday, 28th July - Time: 7:00 AM - Service: "Reformer 09"

We went through you wp users and Amelia customer all 22 pages and we go over them twice there is no Elizabeth Orozco but we can see that her daughter, Daniela Elizabeth Robles is a user. So please make sure to check if she is try to book with the same mail address as her daughter. That can be the reason why she sees the time slot is not available notice. If her daughter already booked that time slot and we can see her in 425 customers and her mother we can not find in those customers.
We have found the issue in the meantime when we check the appointments we can see that reformer 09 is service that offer appointments 1 on 1 and this time slot is booked already by her daughter
This service has a capacity of 1 so 2 people can not book this service.
You have set the capacity for this service to be 1 and for that reason mother can not book because the daughter already booked it and you accept only 1 person per appointment.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.

Most likely this was not causing the issue to be honest but it can not hurt to connect her. We can not see any reason why only this particular customer can not book. If this happens again please ask her to record a short one-minute video so that we can get a better grasp of the situation since we have never encountered this issue before where only one customer can not make a reservation and all of the other customer can.

The daughter made the reservation that day as if it were for herself to help her mom, who was unable to do it.
What I could see is that both customers, the mom and the daughter, do appear in Amelia's customer list. However, Elizabeth Orozco, the mom, was not registered as a user in WordPress (see attached image). I have already corrected this by editing the customer from Amelia and creating a Wordpress user. I hope this was causing the problem.
