Hello Support!
After booking a event, the status does not get updated.
i am confused with the Payment settings for Woocommerce Payments.
if its a new order the status is "on hold" and the event should get "approved"...
What does it mean with "apply on: order creation / update" ???
when i cancel the woo order, (storno), the status does not get updated as well, it should cancel the event.
please help, i´m in a rush 🥶🥶🥶
(ps.: it worked fine before the big update 😊)
Hello Roman.
We haven't changed the logic of WooCommerce status updates, so I don't know what happened on your end.
"Apply On" determines when the rule is going to be applied:
1. When the order is created;
2. When the order is updated.
For example, if there's a "Bank Transfer" payment in WooCommerce, the status of the order (in WooCommerce) can be set to "Pending Payment", so the rule should be:
Then, when the order is paid, the status changes to "Completed", so a new rule should apply on "Order Update" and change the status of the payment:
I hope that helps.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
