We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Adding rescheduled appointments to Google Calendar

    Hello Team Amelia

    I have been doing some testing to ensure that the booking functionality of the website works correctly and this was the issue that I came across.

    When the customer reschedules their appointment from the customer panel, this does not get added to the Google Calendar of the customer.

    The calendar still shows the original booked date.

    How do you suggest we handle this rescheduling and Calendar sync situation?

    Hi Sandeepa,

    yes - for the time being we only have this 'synchonization' feature for the Amelia Employees,

    so for example, as explained on this Documentation,

    the "Google Calendar sync" is only possible for your Employees,

    so if you connect the Employee with his Calendar - it gets synchronized;

    -

    But for Customers we currently do not have any kind of 'automatic sync'  if that makes sense.

    So the Customer has to manually click "Add this to my Calendar" during the booking creation;

    in that moment Amelia will just pass it to the Calendar,

    but after that if it gets rescheduled - Amelia is not "connected" to the Customers' Calendar.

    This is a nice idea for the future, though.

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page

     to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

    and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

    Let me  know if you have any questions about this.

    Thanks.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović
