If you are reading this on the 01-Aug or later, we have switched Amelia over as our booking channels and hence the link given above has changed to www.solido2.co.za/bookings (no "..._new").
I have a 2 fold question: 1. An employee can easily add new bookings for a customer but when they select to choose a customer it shows the entire list of every customer that has ever come to our website (all the wordpress clients saved from the past) - this means all my sites have access to all the clients from every branch and showing customer private information like their mobile numbers). Is there a way to only show customers that have bought with that location before? 2. If a customers buys a pack (say 5 sessions) and only books 1 date so long, I do not see how the employee can assist in booking the remainder of those sessions on behalf of the customer....even from a backend, we actually need the physical link sent to the customer to login from front end and book the rest
1. Employees can see all customers only if you imported the customers (or created them manually in the back-end) without them being assigned to at least one appointment. If a customer books an appointment with Employee 1, only that employee will be able to see that customer but if you imported a list of 1000 customers, without booking a single appointment for them, your employees will be able to see all customers.
Also, if you assigned the "Administrator" role to your employees, or if the employee is sharing the email address of an admin, the role capabilities will be mixed and the employees will be able to see all customers, as admins do.
2. Employees can't book Package appointments instead of the customers. The customers are the ones who decide when the remaining appointments from the package will be booked and the only way to manually assign an appointment from a Package to a customer would be if you log into the back-end as an admin or Amelia Manager.
If you log in with one of these two roles, you can navigate to Amelia/Services/Packages, and click on the "Manage Packages" button:
In there, you're able to filter the purchases per the date of purchase. When you filter per date of purchase, you will see all packages purchased during this time and when you click on a package purchase, it will expand and show you all appointments already booked, and if there are available appointments yet to be booked, you'll see a "Book Appointment" button:
