My apologies, but we did our best and are not able to isolate this issue on your site.

I tried to disable all plugins, and just leave Amelia,

but i am not even able to publish a Page if there is an Amelia shortcode on it,  with Elementor or with Gutenberg Editor.

An internal server error 500 happens when i try that :

It seems to be a specific issue only on your hosting server;

we are not able to reproduce it and we do not have any other users with this kind of issue.

And i apologise for the Plugins activations;

i just wanted to quickly disable all Plugins for the test,

and then when i was reverting to re-activate them, for some reason my User got logged out;

so i lost the screen where i saw exactly which Plugins were active and i activated all of them.

Please check which ones should be inactive and deactivate them.

In order to proceed with this issue,

we will get help from our developers,

but they need a safe environment to isolate this issue for you, we don't wish to mess up the Live site.

Would you be able to provide us with a staging site on the same hosting server, 

along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, 

FTP credentials ,

 and the database access ( URL with credentials for PHPMyAdmin or access to Hosting Panel), so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?

actually there was another critical error on the site, while i try to re-enable all the plugins.

Can you please reach out to your Hosting Provider support, and see if they can send you a full error report from WP_DEBUG from this evening,

then our developers can check out what might be behind these critical errors, that can help additionally;

And if you can also send us Staging access, for further testing.  ( just make sure to send any of this as PRIVATE, for security reasons);
