We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    hey, i have a website that sells tickets and activities in dubai, i wanted to know if its possible to do few things i need.

    1. add few 'products' to the cart before checkout, for example:

    - museum of the future, Date 17 September, Slot 13:00

    - yellow boats tour, Date 18 September, Slot 18:00

    - Burj Khalifa 124floor, Date 19 September, Slot 14:30

    and only then go to checkout and pay for all three


    2. to charge more for some dates, for example:

    - Burj Khalifa 124floor regular price is 150AED, between the dates 10-17 October, i want to charge 170AED.


    3. also with variable ticket types, for example: 

    - kid tickets cost 130AED, adult ticket cost 150AED

    thanks for reaching out to us.

    1. The "Cart" feature is currently not available in Amelia's built-in features. We are planning to add it with future updates, but there is no ETA at this moment.

    2. Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/ 

    We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

    3. This can be done by making two separate services, where Service 1 is Kids Ticket and Service 2 is Adult Tickets.
