As a follow on from my previous ticket #3425045 about not being able to add new customers on the employee frontend panel, I have three further questions if you do not mind:
Q1. Is it possible to see an overview / report, that can be exported or copied, of Event Attendees with telephone numbers and information on what payments they have made, balances due? - Our events are often in remote locations with poor internet connections and we need to have a hard copy or digital list with us.
Q2. Is it possible to manually send a notification (email and/or sms) to attendees from a specific event? I see that you have a comprehensive list of automated triggers and configurations but sometimes we have last minute changes or updates that need to sent.
Q3. Is it possible to integrate 3rd party SMS text messaging platforms? The amelia sms service is more expensive to other providers for example Reach Interactive
We will do our best to answer multiple questions now, but for the future,
When you have multiple questions or issues which are for different subjects/topics,
please open a new ticket for each subject, and we will help/advise more effectively.
In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other users or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket for the reasons described already.

- For Exporting of Events,
for the time being we only have these options for possible exported fields as you can see, when you go into the "Events" tab on back-end, then go into "Atendees" and at the top right corner,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
2. Sending a Notification when Event details change;
We have an automated template which you can customize called "Event Details Changed".
By default, this will trigger when any kind of change to the Event is made, and it can be sent to Customers/atendees as well as Employees ( if you have them as Staff or Organizer);

But we do not have any way to manually send a Notification through Amelia;
In Amelia, all our notifications are automated,
you can configure them to be triggered by an action/ such as booking status change, or Events detail change,
and you can also configure scheduled notifications;
If you wish to see manual notification option,
you can also add another development suggestion and we will do our best to work on it as soon as possible.

- Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment,
right now we only have our native Amelia SMS feature which is provided by our US based SMS provider Twilio,
and it runs through our SMS server - all messages are sent from the same number for this service;
But it is an interesting idea for the future;
you can also add this as a development suggestion for us.
