We're managing the booking for different clinics and we noticed that different clinics when filling the appointment form they can see every customer (patient) from the database (!!!)
This is extremely critical and we need to fix it ASAP. Is there a way to isolate each clinic's patients so they can only see the ones from their organization?
I've asked this same question previously. Having other service providers being able to see our contact database is far from ideal. I've had to disable the feature that allows SPs to book from their employee portal which also disables other features I'd like to keep.
What's the experience on these support tickets? Are these being fixed at some point by Amelia's Developer Team? How long does it normally take for them to fix an issue like this?
Can you please explain in more detail how you came to this conclusion?
How are you configuring a single license for multiple clients (clinics)?
There's absolutely no way a customer can see other customers unless they are added to email notifications. If you're logging into the Employee panel and are able to see all customers, that employee is also registered as an administrator, which causes the issue you're experiencing. The employee role has its limitations, so either assigning that user with Admin privileges, or booking in the employee's stead while logged in as an admin can cause the employee to see what only the Admin can see - all customers. By default, the employees can only see the customers who previously booked with them, or customers that were added to the plugin, but haven't booked anything yet.
I'm only guessing at this point, because I don't understand what you guys mean, so I'd appreciate your explanation in this regard.
I just created a new Employee (doctor) in this case. The I logged in into the Employee Panel, when you create a New Appointment, you can see customers (patients in this case) from another clinic.
You can basically see the whole customer's database there.
As mentioned in my previous response, the employees can only see the customers who previously booked with them, or customers that were added to the plugin but haven't booked anything yet.\
Are these customers that were either imported or manually added?
Is the employee also an administrator of the site?

But I can't replicate the issue with this employee as I also tried searching for the other customers. For example, Roberto Rodriguez Martinez returns "No Data", as expected:
Maribel also:
Can you please check again? Maybe there's a different employee that still faces the issue?

Thank you Tania! We're gonna have to look for an Amelia alternative, we really loved the product but this is can get us into trouble.
Too sad.

Hello Francisco and Tania.

Hey Francisco.
That's strange, but I'm sure there's an explanation.
I can't say exactly what happened, so I'll need to take a look.
Can you provide me with 2 logins, please:
1. The Admin login, so I can check out the back-end;
2. The employee's login for the panel, so I can check out the panel also?
Just remember to post a private response again.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you Francisco.
When I log in as the employee (through the Incognito window) I can see only these three customers:
From what I can see, these are the three employees who previously booked with Jose Luis Aguilar:
Fernando Rivas uses the same email as "prueba 2", so that's why the name is different in the employee panel:
