I do not know for sure when this started happening but it was not happening back when we set up Amelia.
We have two events that we set schedules for. Basic Pistol and Intermediate Pistol. The event listing shortcode is used at the the bottom of each class' page to show their scheduled classes. HOWEVER, now BOTH events (classes) are listed on both pages. IOW, BOTH Basic and Intermediate classes are displayed on both pages.
As you'll see in the attached images of the Elementor-Amelia shortcode setup the correct tag for each class is set.
Can I ask you to replace the widget in Elementor and use this one?
Basically, it has a different shortcode [ameliaeventslistbooking] and uses the tags with double quotes. In the past, the tags were defined by single quotes [ameliaevents type=list tag='Basic Pistol']
The old form works for me even with the double quotes, but I'd still recommend switching to the new form.
If you're determined in using the old form, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
For me also the new forms are not working and when i added the shortcode the new form is not showing up. I don't have such problems with the old one. So I think something wrong have to be with this new forms.
I added that page to "Never Cache URL(s)" of WP Rocket and Breezy, and to the "Always Purge URL(s)" sections of WP Rocket, in Advanced settings, but the form still doesn't load, so I guess the conflict is either coming from somewhere else, or it's cached deeper on your website.
Is disabling all plugins (except for Amelia) an option for testing purposes? If it is, can you temporarily disable all other plugins, purge the cache and try again? If it works, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
If this doesn't help either, would you be able to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
Also, since this is a public ticket, make sure to enable the PRIVATE response again when sending the files/credentials.
I'm downloading the duplicator and it will be forwarded to our developers for troubleshooting. I'll ask them to check the number range selector as well and I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from them.
What do you mean by "You would need to add other pages in the same way and the form will work correctly."?
The new settings shown in the 2 screenshots are global settings for Asset Cleanup Pro and WP Rocket, not per page, right? If I'm wrong please clarify, because:
The beta/2.0 Events List will not display on my live pages. Why it does so on the Test page and not my live class pages I don't know.
I've emptied caches via WP Rocket, Wordpress page cache and even at Cloudflare. Didn't fix it. Checked it in private browser pages same problem.
I deleted the shortcode and updated page then added it back but still doesn't work.
I added the 1.0 Events widget back and poof it works but still have the original problem.
Note that when I use the Elementor Preview page feature the new list DOES work.
Sorry for the misinformation - I misunderstood our developers. It works for all pages.
They didn't add other pages where Amelia is here:
So, we've only added the /amelia-test/ page. If the form doesn't work on other pages, you'll need to access these Advanced Rules of WP Rocket and add those pages there, just like we added /amelia-test/.
I do not know for sure when this started happening but it was not happening back when we set up Amelia.

The plugin is current at ver 6.4
Why are both event types displaying?

Hey Ken.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I see that you're using the old Events List form.
Can I ask you to replace the widget in Elementor and use this one?

I added the beta widget as you suggested to a new page as a test. Don't want to mess up the live pages.
See screenshot, note the single quotes in the shortcode vs. double as you mentioned it would do.
I published the page and NOTHING comes up. No classes.
It seems that the Beta widget is not working for me? Or, am I doing something wrong?
that page is here https://grayladyselfdefense.com/amelia-test/

Hi again Ken.
Our developers added the following items to Breezy and WP Rocket, and the form loads normally on https://grayladyselfdefense.com/amelia-test/
You would need to add other pages in the same way and the form will work correctly.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
