Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

I am getting this error when trying to delete rows.
Error! There was an error in your database when you are trying to delete the row!
Hi Stephen,
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens,
and send me the Table ID, please.
-
It will be a bit tricky for me if we have to troubleshoot, i do not wish to delete any row that might be important for you,
so can you tell me is this a Manual Table or an SQL Query based table which is pulling data from an existing DB table?
If it is a Manual Table, then i can make an independant duplicate,
which will be safe, because if i delete a row, this will not affect your original Table;
But if it is not a Manual Table - can you please add some new 'dummy rows' just so i can test the delete issue?
And please show me some screenshots or a Video, or confirm which Row ID we are allowed to try to delete;
we don't wish to mess up anything.
-
And if you can also send us FTP credentials for safe testing;
and access to the database so that we can check the source DB data
( either link with credentials for PHPmyAdmin, or access to Hosting Panel),
so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

One of the errors happens when i try to delete from the front end of the site 813 Black MF 10 Set it just won't allow the deletion can i have an update on this urgently?
Hi Stephen,
i am happy to report we isolated this issue,
and for this particular Manual Table i solved it through your WP database.
I honestly never saw something like this before,
somehow in this Manual Table, in your source Database table,
it has disabled the "auto increment" option for our wdt_ID column, which is the default "unique row ID" for all our Manual Tables in the Plugin.
By default this always has the "auto increment" for the ID, and this allows editing to work properly.
Thank you for pinpointing one of the rows, that saved me some time;
since i searched and found the specific row had the blank "wdt_ID" row.
All these rows from the screenshot somehow got saved in your database Manual table without a unique Row ID, thus editing/deleting can't work.
I hope you don't mind, i installed WP PhPMyAdmin Plugin on your WP, just to quickly check in the DB,
and there i fixed the issue by enabling "auto increment" on said column.
Now, with auto-increment back in place, i am able to delete/add/edit rows and each row has a proper unique ID.
Please check from your end, everything should be fixed now?
And i am just curious to try and find how this happened;
Can you tell me when was this table created - was it with the previous Plugin version before the latest 5.7.1 if you recall?
And do you know was this table a duplicate made from another original Manual Table?
I am asking that just to check, but the main thing is to fix this going forward, of course, it should not happen again.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Milos,
Thanks but i went and made another table from scratch as the client would not wait you know the score.
These tables where made on the older version yes.
The first table was manual and then I duplicated it an just populated it each time for the different entries.
No issues installing whatever you needed it just seem to effect this table and non of the others.
Thanks so much for fixing it though I am very grateful.
