    I have looked at your documentation, but it is not very comprehensive unfortunately.

    I am trying to find how you can control the total number of simulatenous bookings per centre/employee.

    We have two centres, two employees, one in each.

    We can accomodate multiple bookings at the same time in each centre.

    I can't see how to acheive this however, as it looks like it will only allow one booking per employee at any one time?

    In the documentation it mentions:

    "Allow booking above maximum capacity

    This option is only for Services with “Pending” as a default status (for the Approved ones booking above maximum capacity is not possible). By default, this option is enabled, which means that your customers will have the ability to book the same appointment with Pending status endlessly, even though the maximum capacity for this appointment is full. As soon as the appointment is Approved in the back-end, the time slot will close. Once you disable this option, your customers will be able to book an appointment with Pending status until it reaches the maximum capacity, but once the maximum capacity is full the time slot will become unavailable and the appointment will be closed for booking.

    Allow booking below minimum capacity
    This option allows you to choose whether you will allow bookings below minimum capacity. By default, booking below minimum capacity is enabled which means that your customers will be able to schedule the appointment below minimum capacity, but that appointment will get Pending status because of it. If you disable it and set, for example, 3 as minimum capacity, your customer will automatically see 2 persons selected in the “Bringing anyone with you” option during the booking, and he will not be able to schedule the appointment without these two 2 persons."

    But there is no information about how this maximum or minimum capacity can be set?

    Further to that first ticket, I have found the maxium and minimum options with the service settings and see how the basic plugin is supposted to work.

    Next question:

    Is it possible to make a reservation for a minimum of X people?

    The capacity of one of our venues is 32 people.

    I would like to make each booking for a minumum of 4 people, with the option to add more.

    I have set minium to 4, but I am able to book for just 1 person:

    Further questions - 

    The business is axe throwing, and each venue has 8 lanes.

    For simplicity think of it like 10 pin bowling.

    I think perhaps we need the Pro Version, though even with this I am not sure our price structure would be possible.

    Normally we have:

    Couple price: 35€ for one lane. This would book out one of the 8 lanes in the venue and make it unavailable.

    Group of up to 4 people: 45€. This would book out one full lane.

    Group of up to 8 people: 75€ This would book out two full lanes. 

    We also offer the option to reserve additional lanes for 37,50€.

    Could this be done if we upgraded to Pro Version?

    Hello Simon,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. 

    In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. 

    Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

    Please send us one mail and wit for a response it is very confusing and hard ti help when there are 4 or 5 or more mail to go through.

    Now, we can see in the system that you have opened a ticket with a Basic license so we can not confirm if you have bought by mistake Basic license or a Pro.

    So if you have new purchase code please send it us so that we can check that in the system.

    In the meantime you can also try this you can download Amelia from your profile in our store

    We are sending you a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.

    Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled. 

    Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.

    When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.

    Also make sure that you deactivate basic license in activation on a red button and once you install the Pro to enter a new purchase code activate a new license and purge the cache.
