Do you plan to create an option to exclude the payment step completely? I see in public tickets that there is no such option available today, and 'pay on site' is always on by default. However, there are a lot of businesses where fixed pricing is not applicable, and clients book appointments to discuss their projects. These appointments are meant to be free, and a payment step in the booking process isn't necessary. In fact, it can be confusing for clients and reduce applications.
I create websites for such clients in local businesses and have been eagerly waiting for this option in Amelia for a long time. Instead, I ended up using an embedded Calendly calendar on my WordPress sites due to its easier and faster booking process for free appointments. I am still waiting for this option to be available in Amelia.
This is available in Amelia for a long time now. YOu just need to set the service to have the price 0 and in that way the payment section should be skipped since there is no payment to be made.
