We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hey there
I have a page I have put a couple of codes on.
The categories are not connecting to the calendar correctly.
The events are weekly but the calendar shows daily options to pick date, do you know what I have set up wrong.
Plus when someone pays weekly or monthly for our options, is it automatic payment each week or month, like a membership.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
My apologies but we do not quite get what are you asking us.
You have sent us screenshots of services and packages and form events.
We will try to help as best as we can,
So service and events are separate features and packages of services dan only be used with services for appointments they can not be used for event.
We do not have a membership feature so if you created recurring event then in that case each event is sperate and if you have 15 recurring events it counts as 15 different events.
If you want to create one event that will last 1 month and only shows on one place on a calendar you need to set it like this for example
And when they pay they pay for the whole month or in our case above they pay for 4 days in one go since this event lasts for 4 days.
