On a new installation of the Amélia plugin (6.4), it is impossible to open the pages in the backend, whatever the page. It is not possible to configure the extension. I have a 404 error, while I have, on other sites, based on the same WordPress and Amélia configuration and I have no problem. You will find the screenshots to help you visualize the problem.
