All Amelia pages are not loading anymore in the backend. I already deactivated all plugins and changed theme on staging site but I did not fix the issue.
It seems vue.js is not loading anymore in the backend. We are still on version 6.2 because before upgrading we need to do it very carefully on our production site. Please do not ask me to upgrade first and the usual support stuff.
We need help urgently with current config and I can give you access to staging site where we have exactly same issue than on live site. Looking forward for your help.
We understand the urgency, and we apologize for the delay. We work on tickets in the order in which they arrive and our response times depend on the number of tickets that we need to cover.
As for the plugin's version. Please note that older versions are no longer supported and that they should be used for testing purposes only. We do not guarantee that older versions of the plugin work so I would need to insist on updating the plugin.
I can take a look at the back-end if you provide me with the admin credentials in a PRIVATE response but again, older versions of the plugin are not supported, so I can't guarantee anything.
Thank you for letting me know you were able to resolve the issue with the back-end.
As for JS, we're using LiteSpeed cache which purges cached JS and CSS files regularly (I configured it to purge everything every 2 hours, for example), but other caching plugins can also be used for this.
There's nothing in Amelia you need to (or can) do. Amelia is not using cached files, your site is. When you modify something in the Customize section (for example), Amelia creates a new JS file, and it wants to use it, but if there's a file cached by your website, it will still use that unless the cache is purged.

Any advice about how to have Amelia not using cached js files? How to force refresh?
Thanks,
Roy
