Hi

I've noticed that the next day reminders aren't going out to our clients (cron is setup). Our appointments are set to Pending. Do reminder emails go out for Pending appointments or are they for Approved appointments only?

Hello Kahlil.
Appointment reminders go out only for confirmed (Approved) appointments.
At the moment, there's no way to enable this for pending appointments.
