Can a user be both an Amelia Employee and an Amelia Customer? We are linking all Amelia Employees and Amelia Customer to their respective WordPress users.
Unfortunately, no. This will cause capabilities' conflict with WP users.
You can have your employees book between themselves but they won't appear as Customers in Amelia, and they won't be able to access the Customer Panel.
If you enable the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" in Settings/Roles/Customer, and a logged-in employee books an appointment, they will most likely experience issues in their Employee Panel, or in WordPress, as they won't be able to view sections due to the limitation of the "Amelia Customer" user role.
