Hello,
Is it possible to prevent a customer from booking a service after they requested a refund from a booking? Example the customer booked a service, then a few days later want a refund, I want to be able to have that specific customer from booking again and doing they same thing. I have a no refund policy, but refunded anyway in good faith, but I want to make sure that if and when they try this again they can't book without prior approval.
Hello Jen,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We understand completely but, unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. There is no such option.
The only this is that you can set all of your appointments to have pending status and then manually approve each booking. This is far from the ideal solution but it is the only that we have at this time.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
