We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I am trying to setup the calendar view for all my bookings booked from booking form on front end side of my website, But I don't see any option to get that functionality. I see the calendar can be created for Events.
Please let me know if their any option that I can get Calendar view on front side for all my normal bookings or is their any patch?
Thanks
Hello Gurvinder.
The calendar is displayed after the customer selects the service, the employee, and the location:
You can use [ameliastepbooking] or [ameliacatalogbooking] shortcodes on the front-end.
You can also check out our video about the new Step by Step booking form and the documentation for the new Catalog form.
Kind Regards,

Hello Aleksandar,
Thanks for replying back. I can see the calendar view which you shared in the screenshot below, overall the booking portal is working alright, I am able to view the calendar while booking. Actually, I was referring to the backed calendar which I have the access on WordPress admin side, attaching a screenshot. Can I display this on the front side using any shortcode, so that all of my employees can see all the appointments in the calendar.
Please let me know if that is possible? Because I really need this functionality right now, otherwise I might have to switch to some other booking portal.
Thanks
Gurvinder Singh

Hi again Gurvinder.
That can't be used on the front-end. There are some 3rd party plugins that are used to display back-end pages on the front, but we can't guarantee that it will work correctly because the back-end pages display different results based on the user role and the user's login.
It's not intended to be used on the front.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
