Hey,
I have an issue with Amelia. I have downgraded version from 6.4 to 6.3.1 last week and since that, It doesnt work correctly. It keeps loading when i'm Dashboard pannel, and it's freezing when i click in a setting option. There is some error in the console that you can see in attachments.
I already tried to revert and go back to 6.4 but i got the same problem with all versions.
I'm on 6.2.2 WP version

You are using the old version of Amelia 6.3.1
We now have a new version of Amelia. When the plugin is not up to date it can have all sorts of issues you need to update to the latest version of the plugin so that we can try to help you.
When it comes to the old version of the plugin, we can not know exactly what the issue is because it is already an outdated version that is not maintained.
Please update to the latest version and let us know has that resolved the issue.

We are sending you a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
