Events booking creates like an appointment for a Zoom meeting. Now, we are planning to use pre-recorded webinars (simulative webinars). Is there a way to add them to Amelia as we use events for live events, and it would be good to create events and add or override the Zoom link with a created simulative webinar link?
Is this possible, as we otherwise have to list the simulative webinars differently than events that we want to avoid?
What would be also awesome would be taxonomies categories or tags for events, which you can show on the front end as well, like live, pre-recorded ...
I want to close the ticket with applause for creating such an awesome plugin, and this is really the best WordPress booking plugin.
Thank you very much for your kind words. We really work hard on Amelia, and we're devoted to making it the best booking plugin out there, so your words of support really mean a lot to us, it's not an empty "Thank you".
I don't quite understand what you're trying to achieve, but if I understand correctly, you have a pre-recorded webinar that you want to add to every booking, correct?
If that's true, and you don't need the Zoom link, you can simply disable the Zoom integration in Amelia and paste the URL to the pre-recorded webinar to your appointment notifications.
If, on the other hand, you still want to use Zoom but only for certain services and/or events, please note that you can disable Zoom per service (in Service Settings) or by simply not assigning a Zoom user when creating an event.
Tags can be added to events, so people would be able to filter the events per these tags.
