I have a question regarding appointments booked as part of a package.
I have a Reminder set up to be sent 3 hours before an appointment.
These reminders are being sent correctly when an Individual appointment is booked.
However. when an appointment is booked as part of a package, this reminder is not being sent. I would like to send the reminder email to the customer regardless of whether it's an individual booking or part of a package.
The appointments within a package should also receive reminders, just like any other appointments booked outside of a package.
I am unable to replicate this issue locally, so can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue?
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
There's no other way to test this other than to book a package and an appointment and wait.

2. These appointments are receiving the "appointment tomorrow" notification.
3. The individual appointments are receiving all the notifications.
Our developers took a look at this and confirmed it's a bug on our end.
They logged a task and the issue should be resolved in our upcoming updates. It's a priority, so I hope it will be fixed for our next update, but I can't make that promise since they are already finishing up on that one.
is there any workaround, maybe some temporary code, that you could offer?
This worked perfectly until version 6.4 came out. Unfortunately my client cannot go back to 6.3. Now many customers, who always got a 24h-reminder, do not get one anymore. This is a major bug in my view.

1. Yesterday at 5 PM IST
2. 3 hours before the appointment - so at 6.30 AM IST - this one is the custom notification.

I asked our developers to provide us with the fix as soon as it's done, so we'll send it to you if it's created before an update.
