On the Amelia Dashboard, where can the Amelia Manager see the information about all the packages that have been purchased?
Also, where can the Manager view information about the Packages bought by a customer?

Package Purchases are located in Amelia/Services/Packages when you click on "Manage Packages":
In there, you'll be able to filter per date range and see packages purchased on those dates and customers that purchased the package:
Clicking on each booked package will expand it, and show you the details about which appointments were booked and how many are left to be booked.
