Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

is it possible to email table record directly from my site or from the tables?
if not i will appreciate any suggestion or recommendations on how i can accomplish this.
-- I am looking for a way to send customers their records automatically monthly.
Hi, Daniel.
We don't have any built-in solution to achieve this at this time, but you can suggest it to our developers - they will do their best to make a solution in the future.
Please feel free to search on our suggestions page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

If you have coding skills and wish to try to make a custom solution now,
you can check out our available hooks for Developers on this documentation and see if you can find any hook that might help.
Please be advised that custom solutions with hooks are not included in our support.
You can also research resources such as Stack Overflow to see if any other user perhaps found a workaround.
I will share an example with you, I hope it might help.
For sending emails, you can use this:
https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/installable-applications/optimization-and-configuration/wordpress2/sending-e-mail-in-wordpress#:~:text=To%20send%20an%20e%2Dmail,authentication%20settings%20you%20defined%20above
Now, this is an example where a user wanted to take the edited data from a table,
in the moment when user edits and hits "apply changes".
To take values after Apply is hit, there's this hook:
wpdatatables_after_frontent_edit_row( $formdata, $rowId, $tableId ) This action is executed after editing action is applied.
$formdata is the array of keys and values for editing.
$rowId is the ID field of the row in MySQL table that was edited.
$tableId is the table identifier from the MySQL plugin table (wp_wpdatatables).
For example:
will be triggered in both cases when you edit or adding a new row in the table from front-end. Please note that data is already saved in database.
This is as much as our developers can advise since using combinations and solutions which are not included in the built-in functions of the plugin require additional engagement,
and are not included in the provided support.
I hope that helps.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment,
working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
