We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Team!
I am using the brand new amelia v2 event booking feature in Elementor. I have restyled the list to cards with custom CSS. Everything works so far!
My concern: I have to limit event items per page to 4. Is there any filter or setting I can use?
Thank you!

Hey Samuel.
This is handled by the "Default items per page" option in Amelia's General Settings:
However, "4" is not an option, so in order to change this, you will need to access your database, access the wp_options table and search for "amelia_settings" in the "option_name" column:
That will return one row. Edit it and hit CTRL+F to find "itemsperpage". Change the value to "4" and save it:
The front-end will follow this:
I hope that helps!
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hey Samuel.
We have a customer who would like a similar appearance of the Events List that you've created. Would you mind posting the needed CSS in the following ticket: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3420998
Or, if you don't want to interact with other customers, can you provide me with that CSS and I'll post it there?
Thank you in advance!
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
