A few days ago, we purchased Amelia, but we are unable to integrate it with WordPress. We have tried everything, but nothing seems to work. I would like to hear more about this issue.
If you're referring to the "The link you followed has expired" message, as in the previous ticket - the response is the same.
The upload limit of your website is lower than the size of our plugin. This is a WordPress error, it's not coming from Amelia. If you're not sure how to approach this, please reach out to your hosting provider.
Also, make sure to restart your server after you increase the upload limit.

We have also resized the website to try and download the file, but even then, it still displays the same error message.
