I have a production studio space available for rent. I have 2 employees available to show up if someone books it. The employee that shows up isn't part of the sale as in they are irrelevant to the customer. All the customer cares about is renting the space. The employee is more of a back end thing on who will show up.
Is it possible to not have the customer choose which employee they want? So they'd just choose how much time they want (the different services).
Or worst case make it by default say "any employee" selected by default?

You can hide the employee choice in customize section like this
And in this way, the employee will be added at random to an appointment.
