We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
I uploaded the Amelia to Filezilla. I see it in the wp-content/plugins folder. In wordpress, however, it is not visible. What can I do? Currently I am using the Lite version of Amelia. I have deactivated this.
Uploading directly to wordpress is not possible. There comes the error message "the link you followed has expired".
Thank you and best regards.
Leander
Hello Leander,
thanks for reaching out to us.
With all standard WordPress installations, there is a server setting that limits the upload of files over a certain size. There is also a setting that prevents scripts from running for too long, causing any script that exceeds the limit to timeout.
This means that when you try to upload a file that’s over the size limit, or the upload takes too long, you’ll get an error message. This is the one that reads “The link you followed has expired”.
In order to fix this issue, you need to increase the limit. Please, follow the instructions explained in this article -
Are You Getting “The link you followed has expired” Error in WordPress?
If you have any other questions, I would like to help.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
