We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We want to reduce the number of services during second half of August and also the hour frames in which they will be available for reservation, but maintaining the global offer of services and timetables for the rest of the year, and letting so the customers make reservations for the same service in the second part of August at a time frame and also for September at the standard calendar.
How can I achive this? I do not see how to modify the employees working hours only for a couple of weeks in August
Hello [email protected],
Thanks for reaching out to us.
This can be done in two ways. The first option is to set special days for each employee. This feature allows you to set one or multiple days in which your employee will have different working hours and/or provide different services. Whether you need to set shorter or longer working hours for just one day or a period or set a different service for one specific day or a whole week, here you can do all of this.
Second option is to set the busy days in Google Calendar. In that way, customers will not able to book whatever period you set.
Let me know if there is something else i can help you with.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
