    Hi there

I'm looking for a plugin for my site (Wordpress, using Elementor). I wanted to check first that your plugin is compatible with Elementor?

Second, I want to check that you offer the functions I'm looking for. I want to be able to create one-off events, display these as a list, and allow users to book multiple events at once. I need to be able to set a capacity for the event so that people can't book after it is reached. I would like people to be able to add the events they have booked to their calendar after they have booked (via your plugin or an add on if you know of any). Finally, I need to be able to create multiple lists featuring the same events (i.e. one list that has the full list of events, another that only displays some of the events so that some events are only offered to certain users but the bookings that are displayed everywhere record all of the bookings)

I'd be really grateful if you could confirm that these functions are available with your plugin and that it would be a suitable choice for my site.

    Thanks in advance

    Toni

    Hello Toni,

thanks for showing interest in our plugin and reaching out to us.

Amelia is a plugin for Wordpress and its compatible with Elementor and other builders.

With Amelia, you can create multiple events, and display them in various ways. It has Google and Outlook calendar integration. It also has a lot of options that can help you customize the booking form, events, appointments and etc.

The only way to differentiate events and set who is going to see certain events is by using a membership plugin. You can set tags and based on them, decide who is going to see certain events or not.

Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future. But there may be a workaround you're interested in. Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users).

You can try our demos on this link - Amelia Demos

More information about Amelia Plans is available on this link - Amelia Pricing

You can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.

We wish you all the best.

    Kind Regards,

Thanks so much for the reply Stefan!

    That all sounds great.

I assume I can have multiple booking forms - the events don't need to be completely inaccessible to the degree that someone needs to be logged in, but if I could create two versions of the same form (one with all events, and one limited) on my site so that we provide the url with the full list to our list that would work - if that's possible?

And just to confirm, can users book multiple events at once on the basic plan?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello Toni,

I'm glad that I was able to help.

I just want to point out that booking forms, events, and appointments are different features. You can make multiple events, appointments and etc.

Basically, every event has its own unique ID. You can create two pages in WordPress, and display an event form based on event ID. For example, on page 1 you can have an event form with all events and display it with the shortcode [ameliaevents event=1]. The same goes for Page 2, but you need to change the ID.

You can also display event forms on the same page, as well.

If you mean book multiple events at once by selecting them together and clicking on book, unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/

If you, on the other hand, display multiple forms on the same page, customers can go through all of them and book one by one.

I hope I cleared a bit. Let me know if there is something else I can help you with.

    Kind Regards,
