Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

Hi Naoya,
can you tell me does any error text come up at the top right of your screen when you try to paste the Purchase Code there?
If so, please take a screenshot of the screen with that error text visible;
If you are not able to catch any error, we can take a remote look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Why are we in this situation?

Sorry for this delayed reply time.
As i mentioned before, when you log in the WP-Admin, you will see this on top,
there is a warning made from our Plugin that says :
"Gravity Forms integration for wpDataTables is an add-on - please install and activate wpDataTables and Gravity Forms to be able to use it"
This means that you do not have the Gravity Forms Plugin installed.
In order for the integration between our Plugin ( wpDataTables) , and the Gravity Forms to work,
you need to also have the Gravity Forms installed.
Please install Gravity Forms, and then this issue should be fixed,
