I had some employees at the client register on the website when it was in the testing phase.
I have now assigned Amelia Manager or Amelia Admin roles (using the User Role Editor) plugin. However, this manager/admin is not able to see all the appointments that are booked in the Amelia/appointments section. They can see some, and some aren't seen.
Also, when they try to reschedule an appointment, it doesn't get saved.
You can not be Admin and manager or manager and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
This is the easiest solution that work in most cases but in case this fails it can be done in the database. In any case, we are glad that everything is fine and If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Hello
I had some employees at the client register on the website when it was in the testing phase.
I have now assigned Amelia Manager or Amelia Admin roles (using the User Role Editor) plugin. However, this manager/admin is not able to see all the appointments that are booked in the Amelia/appointments section. They can see some, and some aren't seen.
Also, when they try to reschedule an appointment, it doesn't get saved.
(The original admin is able to do it all).
What am I missing?

I had to delete this user and add them manually as a WordPress user and reassign the User Role. It's now working properly.
Just disconnecting the other roles and keeping only a single role did not work even after clearing the cache.
