My client has set 2 hour time slots that are available to be scheduled by customers. There are 2 different packages they offer that have their own specific time slots. For example the Jungle room can be booked from 10:00-12:00 and 15:00-17:00. The Tree house room can be booked from 11:00-13:00 and 14:00-16:00. I can't figure a way to make this work with the setting that are available. I tried setting breaks during the gaps but because there are 2 packages the overlap each other, this doesn't work. Is there a way to set the timeslots manually instead of setting hours of availablilty and duration?

Hello Kevin.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
If these services are split per employee, you can configure it like this:
1. Jungle Room would be assigned to Employee 1, and this employee would have working hours from 10:00 - 12:00 and 15:00 - 17:00.
2. Tree House Room would be assigned to Employee 2, and this employee would have working hours from 11:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 16:00.
With one employee, it's not possible to create the time slots you wish.
Another option would be to use Events where you don't even need to create employees. You'd be able to configure events for these specific times.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
