We haven't had issues with coupons so I can't say what's going on, on your website.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Check which customer reported it and see if this customer is maybe linked with a WordPress user of the employee. You can access Amelia/Customers and see if they are linked to a WP user in the "WordPress user" column, or you can access the Users section in WordPress and check the email of that customer and see if the "Amelia Employee" user role is assigned to this email address.
That's up to you to decide. If you want to allow your customers to log into WordPress (in the back-end), you can enable this. It was used a lot before we created the Customer Panel since it's limited and customers are only able to see their appointments. After we added the Customer Panel, it became sort of obsolete, but there are still people using this option.
It's not crucial for Amelia to work if you configure the Customer Panel.
None of my coupon codes seem to be working.
Hello Jamie.

Yes, when I click on the apply button the colour changes to pale pink but it doesn’t change back to deep pink, like it’s stuck.
It also does nothing if I click again.
I will check out the 2.0 form
Hi Aleksandar
I think I figured it out.
when I try to use the voucher with an employee email it doesn’t work. If I use any other email it’s fine.
I’m not sure why the customers reported issues with the coupon codes but if it happens again I will ask for more details.
Thank you for all of your effort!
Thank you for letting me know, Jamie.

I check the customers Wordpress user status and none of them are linked to an Amelia employee.
I just disabled the “Automatically create Amelia Customer user“ roles setting. What is the benefit of creating the Amelia Customer role?
Thanks again.
