We do not have any issue in Amelia with that and in 99% of cases and in those tickets the credentials were not correct or in rare cases, the issue was with the hosting provider. There was not one case where there was something wrong with Amelia and its notifications.
So, we can test this with our credentials and if we get all notifications from your site with our credentials we will know that the issue is not with Amelia.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

This seems to be something else as i'm also experiencing the same issue and looking at the public tickets it seems to being flagged up a lot.
All other emails from the site are working fine. Please resolve asap, as we have no way of knowing when bookings are made.
