At the moment, the only way to hide it would be with custom CSS, but in that case, it would apply to all appointments and all customers. There's no way to hide it only for a certain customer or a certain service.
If you still want to hide it, you will need to provide me with the panel URL and the credentials (the credentials of a user with this appointment booked), so I can find the correct CSS.
We don't want to see this accordeons in our system for all customers and customers appointments. (we are using a subscription for appointment, this item is not curently installed on Amelia for the moment) this might push user in wrong direction...
Not sure of the impact here and how we can rollback in case of any odd behaviour reported, could you bring us more details?
Which credentials you are refering to? customers or our website?
We would only be able to hide the details you marked in your screenshot with custom CSS, nothing more. So, there's nothing to roll back to, you'd only need to remove the custom CSS if you want to revert to the original customer panel display.
Since you want to hide certain details from the Customer Panel, I'd need access to a panel of an existing customer, which already has an appointment booked, so I can see all the details that need to be hidden.
Hi Support,
One of your customer asks question on utility of this panel as there is no cost involved.
Is there a way to avoid its displayment?
Thanks in advance
David L.
