Hi so I asked this question yesterday and the copy/paste response said submit a new ticket if any more questions. (not sure why couldn't continue in that one)
But I would like some guidance on how to transfer the plugin to a new site. I think telling me there are 47 files to be transferred is not too helpful. Is it possible to get a "how to do" rather that a "what to do" Is there a screenshot of the folder? a video? Is this all done via an FTP client? Back end ? cpanel? phpMyadmin?
Is there any actual detailed instructions on how to do it? Or if anyone here has done so, could you please help me figure this out i would be so grateful thank you
You can continue as we see that you have the same conversation on the same ticket this is meant if you have any more new separate questions. In that case please open a new ticket for each issue or question. We have responded to another ticket already. But we can not give any guidance I'm afraid as much as we would like because as mentioned we are not a hosting provider and we do not do migrations and we are not familiar with them so we do not know how this works. This is not our area of expertise we can help you and guide you with Amelia setup but we can not migrate it for you.
This is done either by you or your hosting provider. Since this is their area of expertise.
