One side note is that this type of system requires "Resources". Previously, if you had a scenario where you have 3 available chairs and 5 employees, for example, you couldn't configure Amelia properly for this case."Resource booking" option was made exactly for this scenario. 

The reason why I'm mentioning it is that "Resources" doesn't come with the Basic license, only with Pro and Developer license.

There is an option that will let you assign the staff to multiple locations. First, you need to create multiple locations in Amelia/Locations. When that's done, you need to edit the Employee's profile, access the Work Hours tab, click on the pencil icon, and you will have the option to select multiple locations for specific employees.
